Description
The forest predominates throughout this walk. However, it is also the opportunity to benefit from a magnificent viewpoint at the bend of a gap or a remarkable bird observation post at Pont des Clôyes. The Saint-Lambert church and the numerous fountains of Bure make the patrimonial wealth of this municipality. You will find their description in the Chemin des Bruyères. In the same way, the forest is a natural richness. The oaks, the charms, the beeches, the maple sycamore maples cohabit with hazelnuts, mountain ash trees and red savannahs. In the Bois de Dessous, a superb viewpoint over the village and the castle of Mirwart lets you imagine the life of the châtelains of yesteryear in their home. On the road parallel to the railway line, you will arrive near the Pont des Clôyes, a privileged observation site, as described in the Promenade du Pont des Clôyes. It is also through the forest that ends our itinerary, passing by Hambai, then the grassy area of ??Petits Ris.
