Tellin - Promenades des Alouins

From Tellin to the Ryz des Revoz, this route is common to the Promenade de la Croix Javalle, but in the opposite direction (see description of this walk). A steep descent takes you slightly upstream from the creek. After a forest path in a straight line, you fork deeper into the wood of Tellin. The diverse flora offers a refuge to big game. A less pronounced descent then begins on this slope of the valley of the Ry des Revos. You cross the river and join the Cross Javalle. From Cross Javalle to Tellin, the return is again in common at the Promenade de la Croix Javalle, but always in the opposite direction (see description). In the heart of the village, you will discover the old foundry of Cloches Causard - Slegers. Lodged at the bottom of the Val des Cloches, a 19th and 20th century building made of sandstone and limestone, with bricks and pierced with a multitude of third-party windows. Part of the right ending with a semi-circular chevet, giving the whole the appearance of a religious edifice. The casters Causard itinerant since 1645 settled in Tellin in 1832, the foundry ceased its activities in 1970. The building has been classified since 1994.
