Exploring a Beaver Dam on an Electric Scooter!

Venture into nature on an electric scooter, through fields and forests, on quiet and deserted roads... In Porcheresse, Laurent, an experienced guide, will introduce you to this beautiful region in an absolutely unique way.

This excursion allows you to observe wildlife in its natural habitat. Laurent will take you to a real beaver lodge, where you can admire the dams created by these ingenious creatures. Silent witnesses to your ride are the tree trunks that the rodents nibble to a pencil point until they fall, serving as construction material.

You can choose from different routes, based on your preferences and the abilities of each member of your group. During your excursion, Laurent will extensively talk about the biodiversity you encounter along the way. He will also share his other passion: organic farming and livestock. He raises pigs, chickens, Highland cattle, and even bees. To do so, he grows his own hay and spelt.

As Ardennes-étape customers, you'll also receive a surprise from Laurent at the end of your excursion. By a picturesque pond, surrounded by nature, he'll treat you to local specialties: delicious sausages and apple juice from his own organic production or a glass of beer from a local microbrewery.
